Service Description

A private 45-minute appointment with our Head Imam, providing Islamic advice and guidance based on the Qur'an, Sunnah and Islamic principles. These open sessions provide an opportunity to discuss personal, family, marital, religious or other matters and seek guidance from an experienced graduate of Shariah. Please note that this is an Islamic advice and guidance service and does not constitute professional counselling, legal advice or medical advice.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment Policy To ensure appointments are conducted respectfully, safely and appropriately: 1. Islamic Adab All attendees must observe good Islamic manners and communicate respectfully. 2. Respect & Safety Abusive, threatening, aggressive or intimidating behaviour towards the Imam, staff or volunteers will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to end or refuse an appointment where necessary. 3. Appointments for Sisters The Head Imam will not conduct a one-to-one private appointment with a female attendee. Sisters must attend with an accompanying person who is at least secondary-school age. The accompanying person must remain present throughout the appointment. 4. Appointment Time Sessions are limited to 45 minutes. Please arrive on time, as appointments cannot be extended due to late arrival. 5. Booking & Refunds Appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. **Booking fees are non-refundable**, so please only book a session if you are able to commit to the selected date and time. This does not affect your statutory rights. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.
