Terms and Conditions for Nikah Gate Applications

1. Confidentiality: All applications submitted through Nikah Gate will be kept strictly confidential. The information will be shared only with other applicants for the purpose of potential marriage matches.

2. Application Removal: Applicants may request to have their application removed from Nikah Gate at any time. To request removal, please contact us directly on Nikahgate@masjidtawhid.com

3. Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of £10 is required to process each application. This fee must be paid upon submission of the application and is charged annually. Applicants will be asked to renew their profile each year in order to remain on the Nikah Gate database. 

4. No Guarantee of Marriage: Nikah Gate is a platform designed to facilitate introductions between brothers and sisters within the community for the purpose of marriage. The Mosque does not guarantee that applicants will find a suitable match through this service. The success of any potential marriage is the responsibility of the individuals involved.

5. Disclaimer of Liability: The Mosque will not be held responsible for any issues, disputes, or failures that may arise in any marriage resulting from introductions made through Nikah Gate. The role of the Mosque is solely to provide a platform for introductions.

6. Agreement to sharing your information: Submitting an application will store all of the information you've provided within the form into a spreadsheet, this spreadsheet will be shared with other applicants. Others will be able to see your data.
