  • Mahrams (male guardians) are involved from the very beginning.

  • Applications for brothers and sisters are kept completely separate to maintain proper boundaries.

  • Each gender completes a dedicated form relevant to their role in the process.

• Application & Access

  • Once submitted, all applications are securely stored in a dedicated spreadsheet.

  • On a quarterly basis, approved candidates receive an email granting access to the relevant spreadsheet.

  • Candidates may view potential matches within a framework of Islamic etiquette and responsibility.

• Discretion & Security

  • Names and identifying details are not shared on the spreadsheet.

  • Profiles are presented in a way that protects privacy while allowing meaningful consideration.

  • No direct contact takes place between candidates themselves.

  • All initial communication is conducted via the sister’s nominated mahram, ensuring dignity, respect, and Islamic propriety.

  • From that point onward, families independently decide whether to proceed further.

  • The Masjid acts solely as a facilitator, not as a matcher, mediator, or decision-maker.
