Nikah Terms & Conditions

• Please read the following carefully before submitting your booking request.

• The Bride, Groom and Wali (guardian) must all be physically present for the Nikah. Consent will not be taken by telephone or video call. If any required party is absent, the Nikah will be postponed.

• The Masjid reserves the right to refuse or postpone the Nikah if the required information or documentation has not been provided.

• Guest numbers should be kept to a minimum. Due to limited space, we recommend no more than 20 women attend.

• Women must remain in the designated women's prayer area. The main women's prayer hall is not available for Nikah gatherings, and there is no live video feed of the ceremony.

• All attendees must dress modestly and conduct themselves respectfully, recognising the sanctity of the Masjid.

• Food, drinks, sweets, chocolates and dates are not permitted in the main prayer hall. If you wish to distribute dates or sweets, this may only be done in the designated ground floor entrance area.

• Flowers, garlands and other decorations are not permitted inside the Masjid.

• The Nikah service includes the Nikah ceremony only. Additional speeches, sermons, nasheeds or guest speakers are not permitted unless agreed in advance by the Masjid.

• The Masjid does not provide parking. Guests are responsible for finding lawful parking nearby and vehicles are left entirely at the owner's risk.

• By submitting this form, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you agree to comply with these terms and any guidance provided by the Masjid.
