Rules and Regulations.

Once registered you will be required to fill out a health information & consent form. All campers must be between the ages of 13 and 17.

Parents/Guardians are responsible for pickup and drop-off to the residential site.

All campers must be always supervised.

All campers must wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the activities they are taking part in.

All campers must always follow the instructions of the camp staff.

Bullying of any kind will not be tolerated, and any campers found to be engaging in such behaviour will be immediately removed from the camp.

All campers must respect the property of others and any damage caused by a camper must be reported to the camp staff.

Sugary drinks, chocolates and gums are strictly not allowed, if any camper found with contraband it will be confiscated.

All campers must respect the privacy of others and any form of illegal activity or racial discrimination will not be tolerated.

All campers must always adhere to UK health and safety regulations.

All campers must use the appropriate safety equipment provided by the camp.

All campers must be aware of the risks associated with the activities they are taking part in and must always follow the instructions of the camp staff.

This Scouts Camp is open to participants aged 13 to 17. All participants must declare any allergies, injuries, or any mental health spectrum prior to attending the camp.

The Scouts Camp will adhere to all UK health and safety regulations.

The organizers of the camp will not be held liable for any injuries or illnesses that may occur during the camp.

The organizers of the camp will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.

Participants must follow all instructions given by the organizers and adhere to the rules of the camp.

By attending the camp, participants agree to the terms of this disclaimer.

I consent to the use of photo/video/social media containing my/my child’s image in any material related to Masjid Tawhid Leyton publicity or administration purposes.

I consent to my child taking part in all activities of the organisation unless I state otherwise.

I confirm that my child has the permission to leave the premises of the organisation at any time

I consent to Masjid Tawhid Leyton communicating with me/my child through social media/text/emails etc

In an emergency Masjid Tawhid Leyton staff may authorise medical treatment for me/my child* including anaesthetic, if it is not practical to consult me first.

Masjid Tawhid Leyton is not liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained during any activities except where such loss, damage or injury can be shown to result directly from the negligence of Masjid Tawhid Leyton.

I will inform Masjid Tawhid Leyton of any changes in the details above by contacting the office.

Masjid Tawhid Leyton may send me relevant information regarding events and updates.

If relevant, my child can travel by any form of public transport, minibus or motor vehicle driven by a Masjid Tawhid Leyton representative or volunteer to any event in which the Organisation is participating.
