Below is advice from the local Police on keeping safe during Ramadan. As there are a large number of attendees at the masjid late at night, there is increased risk of thieves targeting individuals, cars and other possessions. So please remain vigilant and keep yourselves and your property safe. We ask Allaah to protect us from all forms of harm.

Masjid & Madrasah al-Tawhid was one of the eight London mosques that participated in London-wide consultations on the determination of Prayer Times for London. After 18 months of deliberation, the scholars and representatives of the different mosques agreed upon a single timetable in August 2011, which is now known as the London Unified Prayer Timetable. Some of the other mosques involved in this consultation were the London Central Mosque, the East London Mosque, al-Muntada al-Islami and Muslim Welfare House.

Thus, in unison with these other mosques, the masjid bases it's prayer times on this timetable, and it can easily be verified that our prayer starting times are the same as these other mosques.

Recently there have been some questions from some attendees at the masjid regarding our timetable, and hence we have provided this information in response. Further, we would refer you to similar announcements from other mosques such as :

London Central Mosque :

East London Mosque :

Hizb-ul-Ulama UK :

Wallahu ta'aala a'lam.
