Quran Recital by World renowned reciter Shaykh Muhammad Jibreel

Sunday 21st February 2016 after maghrib prayer at 5:30pm.

Sh Muhammad Jibreel, from Egypt, has been Imam of Masjid 'Amr ibn al-'Aas, in Fustat, the location where the first masjid was built after the conquest of Egypt by the Companion 'Amr ibn al 'Aas (ra). He is well known for his moving recital, and has regularly led Taraweeh prayers in the UK in the past. He memorised the Qur'an at age 9, and also obtained a degree in Islamic Law from Al-Azhar University in Cairo.


Masjid al-Tawhid is pleased to present a lecture by Ustadh Ramiz Ibrahim :

Health, Nutrition and Hijamah
Saturday 13th February 2016, after Ishaa Prayer at 19:45pm

The lecture will be followed by a Q&A session. Ustadh Ramiz is a Psychotherapist and Hijamah Specialist. He embraced Islam in 1997, and presents regularly on Iqra TV UK. He also has a series on Huda TV. This is a free event and is open to all, brothers and sisters.

NOTE: This lecture was originally scheduled for Saturday 6th February, but has been postponed a week.

This is a free lecture, open to all.

Ustadh Yahya Ibrahim is a well known lecturer with Al-Maghrib Institute. He is of Egyptian origin, and currently resides in Australia. He memorised the Qur'an at age 16, and has been involved with Muslim Communities in the West since the mid 1990s.

Al-Hamdu lillaah we are pleased to announce that Ustadh Asif Uddin will give the Friday Khutbah on 1st January 2016 and after that will deliver a lecture on Remaining Steadfast on The Deen.
