Following in the Footsteps of the Companions (ra) : 24th December 2011

A one day conference highlighting the importance of following the understanding of the Companions (ra) and the relevance of their lives to our lives today. Organised by Masjid al-Tawhid and The Da'wah Project. Stalls, organised by DP, will be running in the marquee at the back of the masjid building.

One Day Seminar for Women - Saturday 10th December 2011

Masjid al-Tawhid has organised a women's seminar in December for a series of beneficial talks on a topic of great importance - parenting. Delivered by Sr. Rahma Abdul-Latif, a well-respected and experienced counsellor, masha Allah.

Sunday 28th August 2011 after 'Asr prayer at 5:15pm.

A talk by Ustadh Abu Laith Gulraz Gachi on what we have learnt from Ramadan, and how we can carry forward these lessons after Ramadan is over. Ustadh Abu Laith is a graduate of Umm al-Qura University in Makkah al-Mukarramah, and is now pursuing his post-graduate studies there.

A talk by Ustadh Shaqur Rehman on how to make the most of this blessed month of Ramadan. Ustadh Shaqur holds an MA in Applied Linguistics and has studied the Islamic Sciences extensively in Egypt, Syria and Saudi Arabia, has memorised the Qur'an and has ijazas in recitation and various Islamic Sciences.

The "Challenge of Da'wah" is a stimulating and relevant conference that will be held, in shaa' Allaah, at Masjid Tawhid on Saturday 16th July 2011 from 2pm-6pm.

Organised by iERA, the Islamic Education and Research Academy, speakers include Abdurraheem Green, Hamza Tzortzis and Abu Abdissalam. We hope this event will signal a return to its orthodox roots for the Masjid. Please attend and encourage others to do so too.
