Algerian Action is a local charity that was set up to help poor and needy people, particularly children, in Algeria. Algerian Action has organised a Charity Bazaar at Masjid al-Tawhid on Sunday 25th March. The bazaar will include sale of a variety of items such as scarves, clothing, jewellery, books and toys. In addition there will be games, face painting and a bouncy castle to entertain the kids. Not to mention a delicious range of food and sweet treats. FREE entrance.

One Day Workshop for Women - Saturday 31st December 2011

Masjid Tawhid has organised a women’s workshop in December for a day of beneficial training on a topic of great importance – giving da’wah to non-Muslims.  This workshop is designed to equip you with the skills and techniques to give dawah to non-Muslims in a clear and constructive manner. No prior dawah experience necessary!  It should be beneficial for everyone inshaAllah as we all have interactions with non-Muslims.  Delivered by Sr. Umm Zakariya; an experienced da’eea.

Masjid al-Tawhid presents a Lecture by Shaykh Sa'd bin Nasir al-Shithree

Shaykh Sa'd al-Shithree is one of the prominent jurists in Saudi Arabia, and a former member of the Council of Senior Scholars. In shaa' Allaah he will present a lecture on "Monetary Matters in Islam" at the Masjid. All are welcome to attend.
